Butter chicken with rogni naan
Coat chicken well in spices and cook.
Once chicken is cooked, add 250ml fresh cream and 1 cup milk.
Bring to boil and lastly add paste. Once thickened add few leaves of dhania and mix it in.
You can also grind a handful of cashew nuts with some water and make a thick paste. Then mix it into the flour and milk mixture. And lastly add it to the chicken.
Serve with Rogni naan
In a bowl mix together equal quantities f garlic butter and oil and melt it on the stove.
Once dough is made roll into an oval shape and fry as you would fry roti .
Once brown add a mixture of oil and garlic butter and serve :)

i have tried this recipe, and adding another tsp pf chilli pwd works better for me it was still very mild but i do recommend it.
